Vision-Saving Cataract Surgery
Cataracts can threaten your independence by making everyday tasks like driving at night and reading difficult. Cataract surgery is the process of removing the eye’s clouded human lens and replacing it with a clear one. This procedure is precise, quick, and comfortable. Most people will develop cataracts within their lifetime. Siepser Eyecare is here to help you regain your eyesight and independence and free you from the distorted and blurry vision of cataracts.

Premium IOL Options
During cataract surgery, an intraocular lens (IOL) is placed inside the eye. Whether you’re interested in a premium option that can eliminate your need to use glasses for near or far, or a more standard lens, we’ll help you decide on the best IOL for your vision goals. In addition, if you’ve had an IOL implanted in the past, and your vision isn’t as clear as expected, we can perform a YAG laser capsulotomy to further improve your sight.

Laser Glaucoma Surgery
Suffering from glaucoma can be frightening. If left untreated, glaucoma can cause the progression of severe vision loss. At the Vision One Surgery Center in Exton, our team can use a highly-specialized laser to treat narrow angle or acute angle closure glaucoma. This procedure, called a YAG laser peripheral iridotomy, will improve your eye’s condition by allowing for better fluid flow within the eye.
