Eye Surgery in Conshohocken, PA
At Siepser Eyecare, we believe that in order to provide our patients with the best care, nothing can be “one size fits all”. We don’t standardize care or rush as many patients through our practice as possible, because we believe there is still a place in eye care for a team you can trust to handle your case with a familiar, personal touch. When you come to Siepser Eyecare, you’ll get access to expert eye surgeons and a simple promise: we provide eye care that puts your needs first.

Eye Surgery Services in Conshohocken, PA
Vision-Restoring Cataract Surgery
Most people will develop cataracts as they age, but they don’t have to live life with the resulting cloudy, distorted vision. At Siepser Eyecare, our Conshohocken ophthalmologist performs the most precise cataract surgeries. We can fine tune your surgery results, provide you with advanced IOLs to personalize your post-operative vision, and even perform complex reoperations if you’re unhappy with the results of a previous surgery. Cataracts are a normal part of aging — we’ll provide you with the surgery you need to restore your vision and independence.
Complex Cornea, Pupil, and Iris Care
Your cornea — the clear, front layer of the eye — is responsible for helping your eye focus light, a critical part of vision. Unfortunately, the cornea can be subject to scarring, injuries, and diseases that result in poor vision. Dr. Siepser is experienced in performing corneal transplants, where the damaged cornea is replaced by healthy tissue from a donor. We also perform various procedures, including pupilloplasties, anterior segment reconstructions, iris repairs, and more, to improve the structure and function of other key structures of the eye.
Macular and Retinal Surgery
The retina is a light-sensitive tissue that lies at the back of the eye, and in its center is the macula. Both of these structures are essential for sight, and conditions that affect the retina or macula can result in permanent vision loss. At the Wills Eye Surgery Center, our Siepser Eyecare surgeon performs corrective eye surgeries, like vitrectomies, for eyes affected by retinal diseases.
Surgical Glaucoma Care
Suffering from glaucoma can be frightening, especially because the disease can cause permanent vision loss if not treated. At Siepser Eyecare, we provide patients with various surgical procedures to treat glaucoma. By performing microincisional glaucoma surgeries (MIGS) or implanting micro stents or shunts into the eye, we can help slow the progression of glaucoma.
